Step 1 | Cook the Richmond Chicken Sausages according to packet instructions. |
Step 2 | Boil a large pan of salted water and heat a large frying pan on a medium heat and cook the pasta according to the instructions. |
Step 3 | Add the olive oil to the frying pan and cook the garlic on a low to medium heat. |
Step 4 | Add the cherry tomatoes, the chilli and a couple of spoons of water and let them simmer until the tomatoes begin to soften and form a sauce. |
Step 5 | Once the chicken sausages are browned, cut them into bite-sized chunks. |
Step 6 | Drain the pasta and mix both the pasta, spinach and chicken sausages chunks into the tomatoes sauce. |
Step 7 | Serve and top with grated parmesan. |
